Yes, this Friday afternoon. Like, today, in five hours, if it even lasts that long.
I booked it immediately and we rushed to see it. Gotta say, it was even more perfect in person.

Early the next morning, my buyers instructed me to put in their best offer. Not surprisingly, the sellers were calling for highest and best offers by a deadline.
So, we put in the offer and hoped for the best--and we got it!
