Okay that might be a slight exaggeration, but why not celebrate a small part of our everyday lives in a big way?
Today is about celebrating all of our socks that have managed to stay matched. It's not an easy feet (sorry), and the more feet you have in your home, the harder it becomes to keep all those sock pairs straight.
Use #NationalSockDay on social media to show off how many pairs of matching socks you still have - extra credit for baby sock matches.
Alternatively, you can use today to flaunt your more eccentric socks (hello knee-high argyles!) or just pop on your favorite pair with a little extra appreciation.
