Valentine's Day is around the corner...and it's not too late to start thinking about reservations.

Here are some places to check out:
St. Elmo's Steak House, an Indianapolis classic.
If they are full, check out The 1933 Lounge by St. Elmo's, just upstairs. They offer a scaled down St. Elmo's menu and serve drinks in a speak-easy style atmosphere.
The Oceanaire Seafood Room is also amazing! Ever had their oysters on the half shell? Best ever!
Eddie Merlot's has a romantic ambience and the best prime-aged beef in the city.

White Castle always does something fancy for Valentine's Day--and you can bring the kids!
Skyline Chili, the best food on God's green earth, will be open as well. Just thinking about those chili dogs with the soft doughy bun and that giant pile of cheese....wait, what were we talking about again? Oh yeah. Places to eat. Never mind.
And finally, hands down, the BEST BBQ restaurant EVER: Trax BBQ.
Based in McCordsville, executive chef Andrew Klein serves up locally sourced, slow smoked Carolina-style BBQ made with only the freshest ingredients. Plus, you can walk across the way into Scarlet Lane Brewery, which offers a gourmet selection of handcrafted-beer.
