When this original-owner, Davis-built-home hit the market, my clients KNEW they had to act fast.

Priced to sell--and marketed both strategically and beautifully--we knew it wouldn't last long.

Shortly after hitting the Multiple Listing Service, there was lots of interest, lots of showings, and lots of talk about offers. 

So, here's the thing: we here at Miriam Odegard Homes aren't the biggest fans of talk.

We're more action oriented. Data-driven, too. We ran the stats, analyzed our proprietary equity reports, and consulted with our clients.

If they wanted the house, they needed to submit an offer--and to do it quickly.

A short three weeks later, we were sitting 'round the closing table getting it done.
