...and SOLD!

My clients had been looking for an urban farmhouse for over a year, but with inventory so low--and demand so high--finding something that had both the necessary location and price point was a challenge.

When this quaint farmhouse popped up, we went to go see it and were blown away. Thoughtfully updated by the seller, with gleaming hardwood floors, sunlight-drenched windows and bonus sunroom--not to mention a huge two-car garage with flex space that could be easily turned into further living quarters--we knew this was The One.*

*The One: the house you feel in your heart when you walk in the door. It's hard to define exactly, but when you know, you know.

Put in an offer that day, got through the inspection and appraisal process, and thirty-some days later, we closed.

My clients' dreams of an urban farmhouse are one big step closer to coming true.

So, here's what I've come to realize: these things tend to work out as they are supposed to.

When the farmhouse that was right for my clients was available, the farmhouse that was right for my clients became available.

Also, it's only fitting to give credit where credit is due. A special shout-out to Dustin Royer of Red Oak Real Estate and his very kind seller. Thank you for all your hard work.

Best transaction ever!

Frustrated by this low inventory market? Don't be.

A little faith and a lot of patience can go a long way.

Let's start the conversation.

With gratitude,

Miriam
