The latest housing stats are out!

April 2020's single family home market stats show an increase in median sold price from $209,000 in March 2020 to $210,000 in April, which is an 11.2% increase.

Days on market dropped slightly from 39 in March to 38 in April.

As expected due to COVID-19, new listings dropped to 2,779, a 24% decrease from the 3,635 listings we saw in March.

Perhaps due to scarcity, the percentage of ask received by sellers rose to 98.3%, a slight increase from last month's 97.9%.

Looks like the market is still strong, particularly if you are a seller. And don't worry if you are a buyer; due to current low interest rates, your buying power may increase.

If you are thinking about making a move, now would be the time.
